Every REWOUND timepiece is a single, individual watch. Each one is checked, packed and dispatched by hand.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment clearing. If a piece needs a final check or a fresh strap fitted before it leaves us, we will tell you and give you a revised date.
Within India
Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days from dispatch. Every parcel is sent tracked and insured for the full value of the watch.
International
Delivery takes 7 to 21 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination and on customs clearance. Every parcel is sent tracked and fully insured.
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are set by your country, not by us. They are not included in the price shown at checkout and are payable by the buyer. We declare every parcel accurately and at full value. We do not mark shipments as gifts or under-declare their value, because doing so would void the insurance that protects your watch in transit.
Packaging
Watches ship in a padded, unbranded outer parcel. We do not print the contents on the outside.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected. If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
Delivery problems
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or because nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. The cost of the second shipment is payable by the buyer.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, do not discard the packaging. Photograph the parcel and the watch exactly as they arrived and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund and Returns Policy for what happens next.
